About a year ago, I started adding Omega-3 to my diet by using flax seeds in my everyday cooking. I simply add a couple teaspoons to salads, stir-frys, breads, casseroles, and more. I have a cornbread recipe that calls for flax seed, instead of eggs, and it's delicious!
