CVS Deals from 9/21

On Sunday Morning, our CVS didn't have any the L'Oreal Serum that earns the 11.99 ECB! But luckily the manager was there, and she gave me a rain check with $0 for the cost (since the printer wont be able to printout an ECB later). I may pick it up when I buy my newspaper this Saturday!
