You will need to register at MyRiteAid.com to receive the coupon.
After registering, you will receive an email to complete your registration. Click the link in email, and you will receive an option to print $50 worth of Rite Aid coupons. Be sure to have your printer ready, you will have only one chance to print the coupons. If you're interested in printing the $5 off a $25 coupon alone; then select print preview, select page 1, and print. The $5 off a $25 coupon is valid until December 31 2008.
