It's not an easy task to quit smoking! I know, I smoked for many years. There were times when I thought I would never be able to quit. It took a lot trying, and a lot of support from friends and family.
Here are a few things that helped me quit smoking:
- Snack on healthy snacks (raw vegetables, whole grain pretzels, fresh fruit and more)
- Stay away from smokers (only for a while - if they're your friends they will understand)
- Research the horrible effects from smoking
- When bored, chew gum (see free offer below)
- Exercising (start a new habit)
- Drink Orange juice (for some reason this helped me)
- Drink lots of water
- Stay away from soda, tea, coffee, and alcohol (smoking seems to go well with those drinks)
*BELIEVE in yourself! You can quit!
