Menu Plan 11/24 - 11/30

We have family staying with us from Monday - Sunday. So we're going to eat out a few nights, and then have Thanksgiving Dinner here :) So this week's menu plan is pretty simple.

Dinner: Spaghetti With Oyster Mushrooms, recipe from Vegan Dad, served with Salad and Garlic Bread. For the garlic bread, I make this Rustic Pizza dough, spread on olive oil, garlic, salt and oregano then bake it - very yummy!).
Dessert: Chocolate Cake

Dinner: Veggie Chili
Dessert: Cornbread from I add 1/4 cup of brown sugar to this recipe, since I like sweet cornbread! I double the recipe, since it tastes so good! It's nice to have the leftover cornbread for breakfast, served with fruit!

We are going to eat out at a local Mongolian Grill.

Thanksgiving :)
Dinner I will be cooking a Vegetarian Thanksgiving for our guests and family. We will have everything a traditional Thanksgiving has, except a Turkey (we sponsored one instead, we're pretty goofy :P)
Dessert Pumpkin Pie, Apple pie and then Chocolate Strawberries from

Dinner: We're going to eat out.

Dinner: Potato Chimichangas with beans and salad,
Dessert: Churros recipe from

Out to eat again. :)

We usually eat leftovers for lunch and sometimes dessert for breakfast :) Snacks are usually mixed nuts, granola, fruits or veggies.
